Dynamics 365 is a family of online services and on-premises products that provide customer relationship management (CRM), sales, marketing, enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resource management, and retail functionality. The Dynamics 365 Online Spring 2018 release delivers significant changes to Unified Operations, the ERP online service that could complicate future migrations from the on-premises product.
