- Starting in Oct. 2018, Dynamics 365 online services will roll out new versions twice a year.
- Planned changes to the servicing policy will require customers to accept two upgrades per year, beginning in early 2019, which could cut into resources customers have for their own customization work.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 development will focus on customization features, further Office 365 integration, and advanced analytics.
- Customers will need to engage partners to implement some features, as Microsoft scales back its own plans.
