Executive briefings are available to a broader set of enterprise customers and partners in 2009 than in prior years. A series of meetings over one or two days, executive briefings are delivered at Microsoft’s corporate headquarters in Redmond, at a number of regional centers, and more recently, as part of traveling road shows hosted at facilities near key customers. Through these venues, large customers now have greater opportunities to interact face-to-face with Microsoft’s business groups, senior executives, and industry experts.

Value of an Executive Briefing

One of Microsoft’s primary tools for deepening relationships with large customers, executive briefings help customers in the following six major respects:

Get updated on roadmaps. Executive briefings provide the most authoritative updates on where Microsoft is headed and provide a venue for Microsoft and customers to discuses how upcoming products and technologies can address specific customer scenarios and business needs.
