Two Intune-manageable shells (application launchers) for Android devices are freely available from Microsoft. Both enable an organization to centrally deploy and configure a standard user interface (UI) for shared Android Enterprise devices. The shells are intended for two different device scenarios, so organizations should consider the goals of the devices to be deployed and management limitations of each of the shells before deciding which to use.

Microsoft Shells for Android

The Microsoft Launcher and Microsoft Managed Home Screen offer two different experiences (shells) for Android Enterprise Point of Service (PoS) devices. Both shells are available from the Google Play Store and can be installed by end users. These shells include the following:
