A specialized team within Microsoft Services, called the Dynamics Center of Excellence (COE), offers Dynamics customer relationship management (CRM) and Dynamics AX planning and deployment services for large customers. Dynamics COE provides product expertise, global resources, and customized methodology and tools, which may reduce the risks of implementing Dynamics products, especially for complex projects and organizations attempting global deployments. Dynamics COE only accepts projects that fit a desired profile, but chosen customers may be able to improve their pricing options by negotiating software and consulting services contracts in parallel.

Consulting for Dynamics CRM, AX Projects

Dynamics COE can provide full software life-cycle implementations (from initial analysis through startup), major upgrades, and post-implementation assessments, among other services. Although there are numerous products in the Dynamics family of products, the COE will only implement Dynamics CRM and AX.
