Power Platform services are receiving Copilot features that can help designers create projects and add capabilities to low-code output. Microsoft’s Copilot brand is a label that various Microsoft product groups are using to describe AI assistant features, primarily based on natural language processing. In Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents, Copilot-branded features promise faster app development as well as the ability to add natural language features to low-code creations. These features are available in premium licenses at no additional cost.
Components for App Design
Each Power Platform service is receiving Copilot-branded features that assist users in planning, designing, and improving projects. These features allow designers to describe their ideas through natural language to create code, build up connections and other back-end functionality, and update design and functionality. Some services also provide natural language front ends to help and analysis features. The Copilot features are mostly in preview as of late 2023.
