Analyst ReportPowerApps and Flow Generally Available
Microsoft PowerApps, a tool for power users to create small apps, and Microsoft Flow, a hosted workflow engine, are now generally available in newly announced pricing tiers. Apps created with PowerApps and Flow could improve productivity by helping automate line-of-business applications, and the tools could help power users and business units create their own applications and reduce an organization’s IT request backlog. However, premium accounts are required to access full administrative features, and the metered utilization model of Flow could lead to unexpected costs if organizations adopt the service widely.
