Dynamics 365

Dynamics 365 is a collection of cloud services and on-premises server software that provide customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resources (HR), commerce management, and associated business functionality, targeted for midsize and large organizations.

The cloud versions of Dynamics 365 continue to receive substantial investment resulting in new services and significant functionality enhancements. On-premises versions, however, have not received similar investment, and the CRM-related server product is set to retire. Dynamics 365 CRM

Dynamics 365 CRM is a Microsoft-hosted service that offers sales, marketing, and other customer relationship management (CRM) features. The service is sold worldwide and is designed for small, medium, and large organizations. Customer Engagement’s principal competitors include CRM products and services from Oracle, Salesforce.com, and SAP.
