Dynamics 365 Talent, an online service released in Aug. 2017, provides talent acquisition (known as applicant tracking) and employee management features.

Applicant tracking features help recruiters and managers find, interview, and evaluate potential hires. Talent integrates with LinkedIn and uses the service’s network of users and job advertising capabilities to help find new talent. It also leverages Azure Machine Learning to compare applicants with job requirements to help prequalify candidates.

Onboarding features provide a personalized dashboard of tasks and contacts for new employees to follow during their initial weeks in the organization. Templates and processes are created collaboratively between hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure company processes are met and departments’ unique characteristics are addressed.

Workforce management features allow employees to directly submit and track time off, allowing managers to create schedules based on up-to-date available resources.
