Since 2000, Microsoft has created several Web sites specifically designed to assist volume licensing customers and resellers.

The eOpen site is used by Open License customers, and it allows customers to review their purchase history: all purchases from all resellers are listed on the site. Microsoft also posts volume license keys, which are required when installing some software purchased under the Open program, on eOpen.

More information about eOpen, including a user’s guide describing its features, is available at https://eopen.microsoft.com/EN/sub/userguide.doc (note the secure URL).

The eAgreements site is used by Open Value customers, and it allows customers to review the agreements that govern their volume licensing program.
