Power Apps and Power Automate are available to government customers, and key capabilities are available, but features are limited. The following list was updated as of Mar. 2026.

Notable feature gaps include the following:

  • A limited set of Microsoft-approved connectors to data sources are available for Government Community Cloud (GCC) customers; few third-party connectors are available for GCC High or Department of Defense (DoD) customers
  • Copilot Studio remains unavailable for DoD customers, but is anticipated to begin arriving in the first half of 2026. GCC High customers have access to Copilot Studio but lack some key features, particularly Teams integration and telephony. GCC customers have nearly full access to Copilot Studio features, however AI capabilities and Omnichannel IVR are unavailable across GCC
  • Power Apps embedding capabilities and geospatial features are unavailable across GCC
  • AI Builder does not offer the Document Automation Toolkit or custom
