Major developments for Microsoft’s business applications roadmap since the July 2016 Enterprise Software Roadmap include the following:

The Office 2013 version of Office 365 ProPlus will stop receiving updates in Feb. 2017.
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) became generally available for SharePoint Online and Microsoft-hosted OneDrive for Business.
Office Online Server customers require Software Assurance or subscription licenses as of Aug. 2016 to have rights to edit and save files with its component applications.
SharePoint Server 2016 received its first feature pack ahead of schedule in Nov. 2016.
Project Online delivered mobile portfolio dashboard applications for Web browsers and iPad.
Visio Online, Visio for iPad, and other planned Visio enhancements were announced in Aug. 2016.
Duet Enterprise is not included in SharePoint Server 2016 and leaves Extended support in 2020.
Microsoft MyAnalytics, originally called Delve Analytics, became available for production
