Dynamics 365 Sales Insights is a Dynamics 365 add-on application that provides sales analysis metrics and recommendations for sales staff and managers. The application gathers communications from e-mails, call recordings, meetings, and other sources and analyzes the conversational data with advanced analytics and machine learning processes.
The analysis provides sales staff with a set of performance metrics, an evaluation of the customer relationship, and recommendations for improving the sales effort based on approved processes, such as offering future discounts or other products.
For managers the analysis provides an evaluation of seller performance and behavior that can be used to coach individual sales staff, metrics that reveal the potential success of a sales effort, and an overall analysis of customer conversation that may suggest strategic changes, such as identifying new brands that pose a competitive threat or opportunities for cross-selling other products.
