Major developments for Microsoft’s business applications roadmap since the Dec. 2013 Enterprise Software Roadmap include the following:

Office Web Apps improvements in real-time collaboration and other areas were rolled out to Office 365 and SkyDrive users in Nov. 2013.
Exchange Server 2013 Cumulative Update 3 became generally available in Nov. 2013.
Lync and Skype tablet and phone applications received updates that bring their functionality closer to the desktop versions.
Dynamics AX mobile applications that provide offline access to timesheets, expenses, approvals, and the business analyzer app were released.
Dynamics CRM received a major update with an improved browser interface and enhanced mobile applications for mobile sales data review and updates.
The Parature online customer service software was acquired in Jan. 2014; it will probably be integrated with Dynamics CRM in the future.
Dynamics AX 2012 R3 preview was released, and general availability is now
