Microsoft Fabric is a new data analytics offering based on several existing Azure services and Power BI. The benefit of Fabric is it preserves the capabilities of the individual services but brings them together with new collaboration and data sharing options. It also unifies back-end management and security, which can reduce complexity and cost, improve security and compliance, and speed deployment.
