Power BI is introducing several development features that will benefit enterprises and Power BI groups that need better change management controls and file sharing. Power BI, Microsoft’s primary business intelligence (BI) offering, has focused heavily on enterprise features over the last few years. The latest updates continue that focus with features that bring compatibility with Visual Studio, change management typically reserved professional developers, and the option for data specialists to use traditional Analysis Services development tools.
