Microsoft and partner organizations will host several conferences in 2014 and 2015 for server applications and Windows. The conferences listed here are likely forums for product launches or roadmap announcements. All conferences listed other than the PASS conferences are Microsoft events.
TechEd and TechEd Europe cover all of Microsoft’s enterprise technology and take over the role of the discontinued Microsoft Management Summit (where Microsoft traditionally discussed the roadmap for System Center and other systems management technology).
The Dynamics Convergence events in Europe and the U.S. cover the range of Dynamics products and services. They traditionally offered an opportunity for Microsoft to discuss the roadmap and product launches.
The PASS Summit, sponsored by the Professional Association for SQL Server, has frequently been the venue for SQL Server product launches and roadmap announcements. The PASS Business Analytics Conference has played a similar role for Power BI for Office 365 and other Microsoft business intelligence technologies.
