  • Agent 365 brings substantial governance, security, and identity capabilities to agent deployments, but certain organizations may not find it relevant.

Agent 365 (A365) aims to bring consistency to AI agent management, unifying governance, identity management, and security oversight. A365 can simplify IT processes and reduce agent risk. However, it’s not a must for all customers that have or will deploy agents.

Factors That Determine A365’s Relevance

A365 provides a central registry of most types of agents; a single control plane that brings agent governance, identity, and security; and agent life-cycle, policy, and tool usage management. However, it’s a new offering (generally available May 2026), and it has several shortcomings.
