The illustration enumerates the primary subscription offerings in the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product family and outlines the levels of technical features and capabilities licensed via various User SLs (Subscription Licenses), Device SLs, and capacity-based subscriptions.

Core Business Applications

The core Customer Engagement business applications are listed along the left of the illustration.

Subscriptions that license access to an individual application are shown on the left. Most subscriptions license access to all the core application’s features, except for those labeled as “Professional,” which license a subset of features. Each is available as a User SL and in some cases a Device SL as well. All application subscriptions also provide Team Member–level access (see below) to the other Dynamics 365 core applications. Note that there are some technical limitations on a customer’s ability to mix Enterprise and Professional subscription levels within a single Dynamics 365 installation.
