Mobile apps for Dynamics CRM 2013 are available now for tablets and phones. The chart shows some of the features available for Windows, iOS, and Android devices. The Dynamics CRM Web application (the full version) is listed to provide a baseline for comparison of the tablet and phone apps. The mobile apps are optimized for touch devices, provide remote access to sales-related data only, and include functionality for read-only offline data access and multi-entity searches. Activity feeds, an important feature in the Web application, is available only on the Windows Phone app. Other notable items that are not included in the mobile apps include integration with Yammer (Microsoft’s favored social-media solution), SharePoint libraries, iframes, and other Web resources.
