  • The ability to run an unlimited number of Cloud flows subject to the other feature constraints of Power Automate Basic
  • Flows can use Standard connectors but not Premium and custom connectors
  • Limited use of Dataverse (so-called Dataverse for Teams) is available for flows that run within the context of Teams.

Power Automate Process (second from left) provides the rights to run one flow. It is assigned to a flow rather than a user, and it allows an unlimited number of users to run the assigned flow. This license (and the Hosted Process license) can also be used to license an unattended desktop flow. A Process license provides additional rights beyond Power Automate Basic, including the following:

  • The ability to run Unattended Desktop flows, which use robotic process automation (RPA)
  • The ability to run Business Process flows
  • The ability to run apps that use Premium and Custom connectors
  • Support for full Dataverse functionality for
