The 2025 Wave 1 for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations provides solid updates for most applications.

Finance focuses on enterprises with multicompany and global requirements, while the other applications have relatively few updates planned by comparison.

HR consolidation and One Dynamics One Platform initiative disruptions are mostly over, but planned HR updates are minimal.

Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application updates planned for the middle of 2025 fall into three categories: Copilot (AI) features that help automate processes and analysis; incremental updates and enhancements that address outstanding issues and gaps in the service; and large enterprise requirements like advanced planning and multicompany financial management.

Core Application Plans

Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Project Operations, and Human Resources (HR) applications will receive application-specific updates.

Dynamics 365 Servicing
