Dynamics 365 Operations 2020 Wave 1 became generally available on Apr. 1, 2020, signifying the beginning of a six-month period of new features that will arrive as often as every week. The features and changes discussed here were generally available as of Apr. 2020 or are expected to be released prior to the next Major update in Oct. 2020.
