Dynamics 365 Operations provides licensing options that cover automated importing and sharing of certain data with other systems. The two licensing options, called Order Lines and Electronic Invoicing, solve some licensing constraints and could help reduce the number of individual user licenses required. However, they are limited to specific types of transactions and data within Operations, and they have other restrictions, such as access methods, that may limit their usefulness.
