Dynamics 365 Customer Insights is being expanded by combining the original Customer Insights application with the existing Marketing application in a single offering. The change is repackaging only and does not impact features or administration. It provides distinct cost benefits for customers using both applications. However, customers who previously used only Customer Insights will see a slight increase in cost. For Marketing customers, the new packaging could lead to higher costs or not depending on their usage pattern. Marketing customers can renew existing agreements until Aug. 2024, but new customers can only purchase Marketing as a part of the new Customer Insights packaging.
