Introduction of M365 E7 Plan. By May 2026, Microsoft will release M365 E7, bundling M365 Copilot, the Entra Suite, and Agent 365 together into a unified platform for agent-based AI, identity, and security for its vision of the “Frontier Firm.” Indications suggest that Agent 365 will require licensing for all users in the organization.
