Viva Insights transformed into Microsoft’s Copilot and agent analytics platform, expanding beyond a workplace well-being tool. The Web app saw significant improvements and new capabilities supporting Copilot adoption, while the Teams app remained focused on personal analytics without much change.
Updates
- Expanding access to M365 Copilot Chat Insights for tenants with under 50 M365 Copilot licenses
- Releasing an Agent Dashboard for reporting on agent adoption
- Adding SharePoint agent analytics
- Adding new Copilot metrics for the M365 Copilot app, Edge, OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
