Dynamics 365’s latest release, Dynamics 365 2019 Wave 2, began on Oct. 1, 2019, and brought packaging changes that removed all existing plans, modified previous rights, restricted PowerApps usage, and introduced other limitations. Packaging Overview
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement provides traditional customer relationship management (CRM) and project management capabilities.
It consists of several applications that can be used independently or as an integrated solution, primarily based on Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation applications. The service also includes numerous add-on solutions and a group of stand-alone applications that work independently or with other Dynamics 365 applications.
