Before joining Directions on Microsoft, Anne-Marie held positions in a broad range of Microsoft and IT consultancy roles, entering the industry in 1990 as a systems engineer for IBM Australia.  She holds multiple Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft certified engineer, trainer, and licensing specialist.

Anne-Marie received a B.Sc. in Computer Science with studies in mathematics from Monash University, Australia.
