Most Customer Insights features will reach general availability in Apr. and May 2025. Items planned for mid to late 2025 include the following:
Customer Insights – Data updates include a mix of items that have been delayed since early 2024, as well as a new collection of objectives. Delayed items include integration with Fabric’s OneLake solution as a data source (in preview as of July 2025), support for Delta Lake (the lake house format used by OneLake—to be generally available July 2025), and synchronizing customer data directly to OneLake (generally available as of Feb. 2025). New additions are focused on making Customer Insights data available to other Dynamics 365 Copilot offerings for query and grounding.
