Dynamics 365 Marketing, part of the Dynamics 365 CRM applications group, provides campaign management tools for gathering and nurturing business prospects.
Marketing is now packaged with the Customer Insights offering. The original Marketing service is still available, and customers can renew their existing agreements until Aug. 2024, after which time they will need to switch to Customer Insights. New deployments will occur in Customer Insights – Journeys and will be focused on the real-time marketing features. However, customers can add the older outbound marketing capabilities manually if needed.
